Introductions
You may contact me direct or be referred to me by your Bank, an Accountant or an Insolvency Practitioner.
At our intial meeting I would expect us to establish a rapport, I would gain a view of your current difficulty and you would better understand how I can assist you. Assuming we both feel comfortable and wish to take matters further, I am happy to turn my hand to anything where we both believe that my involvement will be of value.
02
Turnaround
Occasionally advice or solutions that arise at our initial meeting, which is free, will allow you to get things back on track without my further involvement … and that’s fine by me.
Assuming we wish to work together, I will work with you and for you, not your creditors nor your Bank, though the turnaround project towards the successful outcome that you define. When completed I will either remain with you (our planned choice) or make a friendly exit.

What I bring to the Party
Prior to becoming a successful Freelance Turnaround Manager my career spanned a spectrum of industries, duties and experiences at board level.
Learning from the bottom up how businesses function as the office junior and then as an auditor.
Creating profitability and systems as FD and IT Manager of an international manufacturing business based in the UK, Switzerland and the USA.
Liaising at program code level with IBM Techies in Atlanta to modify their flagship Manufacturing and Accounting software for my company’s use.
Living and working under severe financial pressure in a regional hire and leasing group as it went into, through and out of receivership then into new ownership and reconstruction.
Directing the reconstruction of a regional wholesale and distribution company tha was both leaderless and terminally out of control.
Confirming my ability in an international business training organisation by winning 6 National Awards and 2 World Awards for my leadership, coaching work and plan/report writing.
Supplementing my business and sports coaching skills by adding NLP, which is an invaluable communication tool… and then
Applying all of this 35+ y ears of knowledge, skill and experience in helping businesses and individuals in difficulty for a further 15+ years.
Where I have no expertise I have contacts, including finance providers, built up over many years, who will be able to plug any specialist gaps.
